Shipping Policies


We accept most major credit cards and Paypal as acceptable forms of payment. Please do not send any checks or money orders, as they will not be accepted.

When placing your order with us, we will charge the amount of the purchase plus any sales tax and shipping costs to the credit card that you provided us during the purchase process.

When ordering, be sure to enter your billing and shipping address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Processing delays may occur if this information is not entered correctly.

All prices that appear on our website are in US dollars.


Exchange rate

Your order will be charged in US dollars and will be converted according to the type of payment with which you have paid at the exchange rate designated by the payment provider. If you want to know what the exchange rate is before buying, contact your credit card company.


Fast and Secure Shipping

Our shipping prices are determined by the weight and / or dimensions of your order and your shipping address. To determine the cost of your shipping, please place the items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated after you enter your shipping address. Orders are not combined with each other. Coupon codes entered at checkout will be applied to your order before the total cost of shipping and applicable taxes are calculated. Orders placed by the same customer or shipped to the same address will be shipped separately.

We process and ship your orders as quickly as we can, typically within 1 to 4 business days after your order has been confirmed, excluding processing times. Please expect delays during holidays, product launches, and sale events.

All international orders are shipped through Worldwide Expedited private services and delivery varies depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Mexico City, Mexico. Certain items and orders may take longer to ship.

Domestic orders (Mexico) are shipped through different logistics providers. After placing your order, the order confirmation and shipping information will be emailed to you.

Please allow up to two weeks during holidays, product launches, and sale events for processing. We are not responsible for weather conditions or carrier delays.

Our offices are open from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (GMT-5), we only ship orders on business days. All orders placed after 12:00 pm on Fridays (GMT-5) will not be processed until the next business day.

When the package leaves our warehouse, its transport, processing and delivery becomes the responsibility of the transport provider.

Each transportation provider has its own shipping policies and, in turn, each country has its own laws and rates for international shipments.

Unclaimed international orders

If your order is sent to an address outside of Mexico and is returned to us because you could not retrieve the package at customs, or the package is returned to us because a mail service has not been able to successfully deliver your order, we will resend your order when the shipping costs have been paid.

Taxes and rates

Customs rates are established by each country, we have nothing to do with them. We cannot control them at all and we do not benefit from them in any way. All customs fees, taxes, and any other charges or fees are the responsibility of the user.


Pickup in Store

In-store pikcup orders are prepared in 2-4 business days after the order has been placed. You will be notified by email once your order is ready to be picked up.

In the confirmation email there is information about the requirements to pick up your order.

Make sure to bring the confirmation email with the order number, along with an official photo ID.



We accept various payment methods. We use Stripe, Paypal, Conekta (for Central and South America) and other services to process payments. You can access their privacy policies through their main websites (linked at the bottom of our store).

All of our providers process and collect your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not store any credit card or payment information.
