Returns and Refund Policies
Given the speed with which we process our orders, it is impossible for us to modify or cancel them after they have been placed.
Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and fix it.
The only case in which it is possible to make a return is when the item received is different from the order or if an item is damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned include, but are not limited to: Anything used, altered, washed, or lacking its original packaging or tags, gift cards, sale items, swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits , personalized items, perishable items, health and beauty items, furniture, heavy or bulky items, luxury items, pierced jewelry, perfume, and some electronics.
To initiate a return, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com, with "RETURN" in the subject line and include your proof of purchase (order number or picture of the purchase order) and a photo of the wrong or damaged item you received.
If your return is approved, you can choose to have the correct item shipped to you or receive the value of the item via a store gift card. Once accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds will only be made when returns are approved, you will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed via a store gift card. Please note that it may take time to process and submit your refund.
